Usage on Owens
Set-up
To configure your environment for use of metilene, run the following command:
module load clustalw. The default version will be loaded. To select a particular MUSCLE version, use module load clustalw/version. For example, use module load clustalw/2.1 to load Clustal W 2.1.Usage on Pitzer
