Usage
Usage on Pitzer and Owens
Set-up
To configure your environment for use of Trinity, run the following command:
module load trinityrnaseq
. The default version will be loaded. To select a particular Trinity version, use module load trinityrnaseq/version
. For example, use module load trinityrnaseq/2.11.0
