MyOSC Email Delivery Problems
The Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) is experiencing an email delivery problem with several types of messages from MyOSC.

Outbound emails, including account verification emails, from MyOSC to institutional email addresses utilizing MS 365 are being blocked as phishing attempts at the institution's server.
Who is impacted: most institutional email addresses utilizing MS 365, aside from OSU.
Workaround for new accounts: use Gmail/Yahoo/etc. email address, and update your email address on your account profile once the issue is fixed or your username is created.
We are currently working towards a fix for this issue.
We will be adding a charge account structure. MyOSC will be unavailable on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, from 10 am to 12 pm while the update occurs. See changelog page for details

All users are currently unable to login to OSC client portal.
When attempting to login to OSC client portal, all users will receive an invalid password error, regardless of whether the password is correct.
OSC is actively looking into the issue.
OSC client portal is having intermittent issues and may be inaccessible.
There is ongoing work being done to resolve this problem.
Resolution: There were network issues that should now be resolved.
The project storage section for usage overview displays a graph with a percentage for the amount of storage used. Although the values above the graph are correct, the graph itself shows 100%.
e.g.
This graph can be seen by selecting usage details of a project on the dashboard or selecting usage overview from the project details page.
If you have a storage quota on /fs/ess, the project storage is showing as zero in project details. You can still view storage information in the "Usage Overview" tab.
