Due to the price changes and some specifics about MyOSC, you may get warnings about your project expecting to exhaust it's balance in the near future that are not accurate. It is safe to ignore these for the next 30 days or so.
There is an issue with my.osc.edu sending outbound emails, including the 'Forgot Password' emails.
There is ongoing work to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Notifications to apply for additional resources are still being seen in OnDemand and MyOSC when an application is present.
Balances may be none existent in my.osc.edu and OSCusage command. Balances are being properly accounted for in the background.
The bug has been identified and a patch will be released ASAP.
Balances for annual allocations projects are wrong in my.osc.edu and on the OSCusage command; usage information is correct. Individual communications to PIs have been sent; more information to follow.
When inviting a user to an academic project, if the invited user attemtped to register using an email domain that did not contain '.edu', then the user was directed to the general commercial user sign-up page.
The same was true when commercial projects invited academic users.
OSU is having ongoing periodic problems with Microsoft (their mail hosting provider) severely delaying outbound email. There is no solution being offered and no timeline for getting it resolved.
When submitting a peer review, an error message appears:
Error during rendering of region "Unauthenticated Message".
Your submission was received and this error message should have been a "Success" message. We are working on the fix.

If you save a report at the HPC Job Activity Table, you must exit out of your web browser in order to have the report saved correctly and be able to switch in between the reports.
There is no fix.
Password changes cannot be completed via the "Forgot your password?" tool at the login page of the Client Portal (my.osc.edu).
Passwords can be changed once you log into the Client Portal at my.osc.edu. This option is available in your profile.
