Updates on 04/17:

OSC has conducted thorough validations to ensure the integrity of our backup data for user home directories and the /fs/ess filesystem. 

Updates on 04/11:

OSC has conducted thorough validations to ensure the integrity of our backup data for the /fs/ess filesystem, due to the issue from March 28th through April 8th and have confirmed the data in /fs/ess are consistent with what's in our backups.

We are beginning full-scan backups of the home directories today.

Updates on 04/08:

Daily backups for user home directories and the /fs/ess filesystem are running normally now. 

Original Post:

Backups for user home directories and the /fs/ess filesystem are currently having issues. Backups from Friday, 29 March 2024 and after may not be complete.

OSC is working with the vendor to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
