Older versions of R to be removed on Owens

Following the report of vulnerability CVE-2024-27322 in the R programming language, we have applied security patches to older R versions, with the exception of the versions listed below. These unpatched versions will be removed from the Owens cluster by Oct 9 2024. If you are using any of the versions slated for removal, please migrate your R workflows to a secure version as soon as possible.
