Exciting News: OSC is Launching a New Service Center!
The Ohio Supercomputer Center (OSC) will soon introduce a significant upgrade to our client support services. We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new web-based service center designed to streamline the process of managing and reviewing your support cases.

What to Expect from the New Service Center
With your HPC credentials, you will be able to:
- Open Support Cases: Initiate support cases related to any project you own or are a member of.
- View All Cases: Easily access your current and past cases.
- Manage Team Cases: If you are a project owner or administrator, see all open cases from your project members.
- Communicate Seamlessly: Interact directly with OSC staff through the service center on your cases.
- Request Services: Submit requests for a variety of different services.
- Access Relevant Documentation: Receive immediate help from documentation tailored to your issue description.
- Rate Documentation: Evaluate the relevance and accuracy of the provided documentation to help OSC staff maintain up-to-date resources.
- Provide Feedback: Share your thoughts on how effectively OSC addresses your needs.

We are also launching a new entry point for prospective clients: start@osc.edu. If you know someone interested in using OSC but unsure where to begin, please share this email address with them.
