TrimGalore

TrimGalore is a wrapper tool that automates quality and adapter trimming to FastQ files. It also provides functionality to RRBS sequence files.

Availability and Restrictions

Versions

TrimGalore is available on the Owens cluster. The versions currently available at OSC are:

You can use module spider trimgalore to view available modules for a given machine. Feel free to contact OSC Help if you need other versions for your work.

Usage on Owens

Set-up

To configure your enviorment for use of TrimGalore, use command module load trimgalore. This will load the default version.
