Usage
Usage on Owens
Set-up
To configure your environment for use of GMAP, run the following command:
module load gmap. The default version will be loaded. To select a particular GMAP version, use module load gmap/version. For example, use module load gmap/2016-06-09 to load GMAP 2016-06-09.Further Reading
