Usage
Usage on Owens
Set-up
To configure your environment for use of FASTX-Toolkit, run the following command:
module load fastx. The default version will be loaded. To select a particular FASTX-Toolkit version, use module load fastx/version. For example, use module load fastx/0.0.14 to load FASTX-Toolkit 0.0.14.Further Reading
