XSEDE HPC Workshop: MPI

Date:
Wednesday, March 4, 2015 (All day) to Thursday, March 5, 2015 (All day)
Location:

Bale Theater, Ohio Supercomputer Center

The Ohio Supercomputer Center is pleased to announce that it is serving as a site for an upcoming workshop on MPI. The two-day workshop, being offered by XSEDE, along with the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center and the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, is to be held March 4-5, 2015.

This workshop is intended to give C and Fortran programmers a hands-on introduction to MPI programming. Both days are compact, to accommodate multiple time zones, but packed with useful information and lab exercises. Attendees will leave with a working knowledge of how to write scalable codes using MPI – the standard programming tool of scalable parallel computing.

Because of demand, this workshop will be telecast to several satellite sites.

This workshop is NOT available via a webcast.
