MotionCor2
MotionCor2 uses multi-GPU acceleration to correct anisotropic cryo-electron microscopy images at the single pixel level across the whole frame, making it suitable for single particle and tomographic images. Iterative, patch-based motion detection is combined with spatial and temporal constraints and dose weighting.

Usage
Usage on Pitzer
Set-up
To configure your environment for use of motioncor2, run the following command: module load motioncor2. The default version will be loaded. To select a particular scipion version, use module load motioncor2/version. For example, use module load motioncor2/1.4.4 to load MotionCor2.1.4.4.
