The following versions of STAR are available on OSC clusters:

You can use module spider star to view available modules for a given machine. Feel free to contact OSC Help if you need other versions for your work.

Usage

Usage on Cardinal

Set-up

To configure your environment for use of STAR, run the following command: module load star. The default version will be loaded. To select a particular STAR version, use module load star/version. For example, use module load star/2.7.10b to load STAR 2.7.10b.
